20 Minute Shrimp and Sausage Skillet

 Ingredients: •shrimp •sausage •bell peppers • onions •chicken stock •Tony’s seasoning •minced garlic •salt/pepper •olive oil


•season shrimp with Tony’s seasoning and sauté in a little oil until done. Set to the side.

• Season peppers and onions with salt and pepper. Sauté them in olive oil and minced garlic.

•throw sausage in the skillet with the veggies, after about 2 minutes of the veggies cooking.

•add a little chicken stock to soften, and add the shrimp back in.


Serve over a steam bag of cauliflower rice. I use Aidell’s Sausage for this Skillet meal.
