Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ c blueberries frozen or fresh
  • ½ banana frozen
  • ¼ c oats old fashioned or quick
  • ⅓ c plain yogurt or vanilla 
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ c unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Ice- if needed
  • Optional: 1 tbs flaxseed 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend oats.
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend more.
