Carrot Chips with Spicy Mayo

These Carrot Chips are only 4 net carbs and perfect for dipping in Spicy Mayo or ranch!

INGREDIENTS

  • Pre cut carrot chips
  • Olive oil
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Chives

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss carrots in olive oil and seasonings
  2. Air fry at 400° for 8 minutes
  3. Shake the basket and cook for 5-6 more minutes or until your desired amount of crispy. 

Spicy Mayo (to taste)

  • Mayo
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Lime or lemon juice
  • Sriracha
  • Pinch of taco seasoning, Chile lime, or Chile seasoning
