Not Yo Mama’s Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 dates
  • 1 egg (at room temp)
  • 1/4 cup of ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of arrowroot starch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Soak dates for 30 minutes or overnight
  2. Blend in food processor
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend
  4. Spread a thick layer on top of your favorite gluten free brownie mix
  5. Bake until done
