Sunday Roast


  • Beef roast
  • S&P
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Parsley
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Baby potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onion


  1. Season beef with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. (Heavily season)
  2. Sauté on both sides 
  3. Add beef broth, worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, and tomato paste to the pot
  4. Cook on high for 55 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes 
  5. Remove meat and shred
  6. Add baby potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot (without meat) pressure cook for 3 minutes 
  7. Add meat back in and serve
