Not Yo Mama’s Broccoli Casserole


  • 4 cups of chicken
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 heads of broccoli (florets)
  • mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 3/4 cup of chicken broth
  • @primalkitchenfoods or @raoshomemade Alfredo sauce 
  • S&P and Rosemary 


  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Sauté mushrooms and onion in a pan for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add In broccoli pieces, season it up with S&P and stir for another 3 minutes
  4. Place shredded chicken in 9×13 baking dish. Add the sautéed mushrooms, onion, and broccoli pieces. 
  5. Stir the Alfredo sauce and broth together, and pour on top. 
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes. The sauce should be sightly reduced and thickened. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
