Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard •
  • 3 tbsp pure honey
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • juice & zest from one lemon 
  • minced garlic
  • kosher salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Use your immersion blender to mix, or a regular blender will also be fine!

  • spring mix
  • golden raisins
  • apples
  • candied walnuts (heat in skillet w/ ghee)
  • chicken
