Shrimp Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 90 second Jasmine Rice 
  • Greens  (I used purple/ green cabbage)
  • Shrimp 
  • Black Beans (rinsed)
  • Veggies (tomato, cucumber, shelled edamame, purple onion, avocado, carrots, ANYTHING goes)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and top with Sriracha Mayo (store bought or homemade) and Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce.
