Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup of dairy free milk 
  • 1 serving of collagen peptides
  • 3 tbsp of pure pumpkin purée 
  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice 
  • banana


  1. Stir ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer and stir for about 10 minutes or until thick.
  3. Top with caramelized bananas, nut butter, nuts, morsels, and banana

Caramelized Bananas- Cook the sliced banana, with maple syrup and cinnamon on a non-stick skillet for about five minutes stirring in between, until caramelized.

Additional toppings: chocolate morsels, pecans, maple syrup, peanut or almond butter, cinnamon
