Apple Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup of Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 cup of dairy free milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Apple Sauce(optional)
  • 1-2 scoops of Peptides
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt (for apple)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cover the oats with almond or oat milk. Mix in your Collagen Peptides, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce (if you have it).
  2. Sauté Apple in a little oil, maple syrup, and pinch of salt. (Cover to quickly soften)(I prefer my apples peeled)
  3. Layer the sautéed apples and oats into 2 jars, and sit in fridge overnight, or 4-5 Hours.
